Every logo on LogoGather.com is original and a unique creation from our professional designers. Before entering the market, every logo is reviewed by administration to make sure that the logo is 100% unique and original.

Yes, all logos are 100% trademarkable and you won't have any problems at your local trademark office, when trying to trademark the logo you just bought.

Exclusive ownership means that every logo on LogoGather.com is exclusive and each logo will be sold only ONCE.

Once it is sold, it is gone and will never be sold again!

Once you purchase a logo a copyright transfer document will be sent to your email.

Inside that document, all the rights are transferred to you from a designer. Only right that designer will still have is the right to display the logo in a portfolio of completed projects.

That means if somebody asks your designer if he/she designed a logo for you, he or she has the right to say: "Yes I did".

From the moment you purchase a logo, you fully own the copyright and have complete control over the logo’s publication, distribution and reproduction.

You will get industry standard files in a form of EPS file and a JPEG file combined together into a ZIP folder.

You have a right to ask Your designer to deliver additional files such as PNG, PDF, SVG, etc. and designer will send additional files directly to you through our messaging system (in which case you will be notified by email).

Right after purchase, a download button will become available to you for instant access to your files. Upon a purchase, the files are also automatically sent to you via e-mail and you can also download the files by going to "My account" and opening "Downloads" section.

No, you don't. Customization is free and includes adding of a company name, tagline, change of colors and slight changes of design.

Designer will send revisions within 24 hours directly to you through our messaging system (in which case you will be notified by email).

You need to have Adobe illustrator, CorelDraw or any other vector files editing software to open the logo by yourself.

No, you can't!

Designers have a way to find a stolen content by going through search engines and various programs and websites such as (pixsy.com) to fight image theft and copyright infringement.

In case designer finds a stolen content he or she will submit a DMCA Notice, which will lead to a suspension of your website and social media accounts, because of a copyright infringement.

Buy the logo and its rights and use it legally!

A DMCA notice informs a company, hosting provider of your website, search engine, or internet service provider that they are hosting or linking to material that infringes on a copyright.

The party that receives the notice should take down the material in question as soon as possible, otherwise the accounts will be suspended within 48 hours (Facebook, Instagram, etc. remove the content automatically within hours, without asking the accounts owner to remove it).

We work with PayPal and also accept credit cards through PayPal as well, so you have options to pay directly via PayPal or via credit card (unless your country is on the list of countries that PayPal doesn't accept credit cards from.
